Hi there! I retired a number of years ago and took up photography seriously. My wife Karen and I are fortunate to like and to be able to travel extensively, both in the US and worldwide. We are particularly interested in historical sites and wildlife. So we have been to southern Africa six times and Alaska three, and recently to Egypt, Israel and Morocco.
My goal with this blog is to showcase our photography, and to educate my readers to the places we visit. I also hope to provide useful advice, for example, how to arrange a safari to Africa. So please enjoy the words and the pictures, and feel free to provide your comments and ask questions.
